Chelsea grew up in Manitoba, training in dance, focusing on ballet and Latin ballroom during her childhood and adolescent years. While completing her Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Psychology and minoring in History, she developed a love for powerlifting, surfing and travel. Chelsea moved to Vancouver in 2015, graduating from the Langara College Registered Massage Therapy program in 2019.
Her focus during a treatment will be on how your body and mind are reacting to the techniques applied, always shifting her work, to accommodate too what you need in that moment. The techniques Chelsea often uses during treatments are trigger point release, active muscle release, myofascial release, joint mobilization and deep tissue work. She has experience working with spinal cord injuries, pre- and post-partum, athletes, and chronic pain cases.
During her free time, Chelsea loves training and moving her body, from boxing to snowboarding, she has a wide variety of experience in the realm of personal fitness. Her passion for traveling has led her to many world-famous (and some unexplored) surf breaks, where she loves to spend her time sipping on fresh coconuts, meeting the local legends and of course, riding the waves.
